Want to know how to get abs without the stress?
A fitness star has revealed the secret behind her “hourglass” figure after posting a 10-minute workout on YouTube.
Chloe Ting, 34, worked as a corporate statistician before quitting it to work on social media at the age of 29.
She uses her platforms to share her fitness tips for toning each part of the body – from abs to legs.
In a recent clip, the star shared her favourite ab workout which comprises of 16 exercises of 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off.
The circuit includes low planks with hip dips, scissor kicks, low boat pose side crunches and even bicycle kicks.
She said on YouTube: “This quick 10 minute abs workout can help get that 11 line abs look.
“All you need to do is 16 exercises and you’ll be done.”
Chloe starts her workout with an exercise called “100s” which requires you to sit in a high boat position and engage your core.
Next you’ll need to pump your arms up and down, while making sure your back is in a neutral position.
She also completed straight leg cycles, followed by scissors kicks, low plank with hip dips and low boat side crunches.
After she moved on to spiderman planks, low boat side crunches again and alternate toe touches.
At this point you might be feeling tired, but there’s still more to get through.
Chloe also demonstrates side plank repeaters, cork screws, bicycle crunches, roll up wood chops, leg raise swipes and bunny hops.
She added: “The workout might be challenging, but keep pushing through and you’ll be rewarded.”
The influencer previously revealed to viewers what she eats in a day.
For breakfast, Chloe whips up a pan of fried eggs, spinach and hash browns, seasoned with salt, pepper and chilli.
She revealed: “You’ve got to have a balance of carbs, fats and protein, and potato is a really great source of carbs.”
Her mid-morning snack consists of patbingsu, a Korean shaved ice dessert, made with chopped fruit and condensed milk.
Chloe reassured: “It’s pretty low in calories and you get your fibre from the fruit.”
Her favourite lunch is zucchini fritters with lean protein like chicken, while dinner is usually a bowl of tofu salad and mixed vegetables.
